Whether you are looking at indoor or outdoor facilities, performance venues, athletic facilities, event centers, ballrooms, or meeting room we have it all and much more! Browse a few of the spaces we have to offer right below.
University Center Meeting Rooms
The University Center is centrally located on campus and houses the majority of the meeting facilities, with over ten multi-use meeting rooms. All with custom set-ups, immediate assistance, AV Projection and Sound Systems, Information Desk, and much more!
In addition, the University Center has several very convenient retail locations for your attendees.

Cucharas House Meeting Rooms
Cucharas House Meeting Rooms, located on the northwest side of campus, offer 5 different meeting spaces in Alpine Valley. These 'smart' meeting rooms can accommodate various setups and a wide range of attendees. In addition, you will find very convenient parking and direct access to the classrooms from the outside.

Breckenridge Meeting Rooms
Located on the west campus, this Residence Hall contains four 1st-floor classrooms for meetings. Each room has a Projection Screen and whiteboard. It is also home to a larger meeting room with a podium, an LCD projector, a sound system, and a laptop connection

UCCS Downtown
Located in the heart of Colorado Springs (102 S Tejon, Suite 105A), UCCS Downtown is a perfect spot for meetings, classes, lectures, conferences, receptions, and more–all free of charge for everyone! Each of the three areas (classroom, conference room, and lounge) is equipped with the latest technology, making all your events a breeze.

Berger Hall

Gallogly Events Center
As the Home of the Mountain Lions, the “GEC” is UCCS’s signature venue for major events and unforgettable experiences. From indoor athletic competitions and high-energy concerts to community meetings, nationally recognized speakers, and championship-level contests, the space serves as a dynamic hub that connects campus and community through shared moments and live engagement.
Heller Center
This beautifully renovated facility offers a secluded, multi-use setting designed for a wide range of gatherings. Ideal for private events, meetings, and business retreats, the space provides a quiet and comfortable environment that supports focus, connection, and collaboration. Surrounded by a peaceful natural setting on campus, it offers a refreshing escape that blends functionality with a sense of calm.
Kettle Creek
Kettle Creek, located within Roaring Fork Dining Hall, is one of our most versatile multipurpose rooms. Designed with openness and flexibility in mind, the space features exposed beams and expansive windows that overlook the surrounding housing village, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Fully equipped with a Blu-Ray/DVD player, wireless microphone, podium, retractable projector screen, and laptop connectivity, Kettle Creek supports a wide range of meetings, presentations, and group events with ease.
The Upper Lodge
This West Campus conference room offers a bright and inviting setting, highlighted by outstanding views from its front patio. Designed for flexibility, the space features an installed sound system and can be divided into three separate sections to accommodate a variety of meeting and event needs. Whether used as one large gathering space or split into smaller breakout areas, it provides a versatile environment for connection and collaboration.

Upper Plaza
Situated in the heart of campus, this plaza features a distinctive enclosed design with an open-air sky above, creating a dynamic indoor-outdoor atmosphere. Outfitted with a mini-stage and built-in power for performances, the space is designed to host live entertainment, community events, and social gatherings. Ent Center for the Arts

Athletic Spaces
Alpine Field
Alpine Field is a unique and innovative facility built above the Alpine Garage, this venue offers an exceptional setting for outdoor recreation and campus athletics. Spanning nearly 85,000 square feet, the field is lined and designed to accommodate a variety of sports, including flag football, soccer, rugby, and lacrosse. With its elevated location and expansive layout, it provides a dynamic space for both competitive play and community engagement in an active campus environment.
Campus Recreation
Campus Recreation at UCCS provides a variety of spaces that support student wellness, fitness, and connection. The Gallogly Recreation and Wellness Center includes fitness areas, group exercise studios, courts, an aquatic center, and multipurpose spaces for programming and meetings. Campus Rec also manages outdoor fields and reservable venues that support intramurals, club sports, and campus events, creating opportunities for students to stay active, engaged, and connected.
