Whether you're hosting a small meeting or a large, complex event, Event Services is here to help you create a successful experience.
Planning in an Event Services-managed venue? Explore your support options, including catering, AV, equipment, room setup, accessibility, and event-day support. No separate service requests are needed. Your Event Scheduling Coordinator will guide you through your options and coordinate the services for your event.
Hosting elsewhere on campus? Event Services may still provide catering, equipment, AV, and other support based on location and availability.
