Whether you're hosting a small meeting or a large campus event, UCCS Event Production provides the planning, coordination, and on-site support you need to keep your event running smoothly. For events hosted in Event Services-managed venues, our team can provide comprehensive event support, including event logistics, audiovisual services, technical production, equipment, catering coordination, and accessibility accommodations. For events held elsewhere on campus, we offer equipment rentals, AV support, technical staffing, and event consultation based on the event's needs, location, and resource availability.
